Croma announces blockbuster festive discounts across TVs, smartphones, laptops, and more | Technology News

Ahead of the festival season, Croma, the omni-channel electronics retailer from the Tata Group, has launched its Festival of Dreams campaign. The retailer is  offering lucrative deals across its stores and online platforms. The festive offers run through October 23, covering Dussehra, Dhanteras, Diwali, and Bhai Dooj.

Croma’s festive campaign brings massive savings across more than nine popular product categories, making it the perfect time to upgrade gadgets and appliances. Shoppers can enjoy 35 per cent off on televisions, 15 per cent off on smartphones, and 25 per cent on refrigerators, while washing machines are available at 30 per cent off. The offers extend to home cooling and computing as well, with 35 per cent off on air conditioners and 20 per cent off on laptops.

For those looking at smaller upgrades or gifts, Croma is offering 35 per cent off on small home and kitchen appliances, 45 per cent off on earphones and headphones, and 30 per cent off on home audio systems. When combined, these flat discounts ensure value-packed deals across categories that are most in demand.

Apart from these flat discounts, customers can also enjoy cashback benefits of up to 20 per cent and attractive EMI options. Thanks to recent GST reforms, buyers get an extra 10 per cent savings on TVs and ACs, making high-value upgrades more accessible.

Shopping made simple

Croma’s leadership emphasizes that festive shopping should be simple, joyful, and stress-free. To support this, the retailer has created a connected shopping experience that blends online and offline advantages. Customers can research and reserve products online, opt for home delivery, or pick them up at their nearest store. Paperless checkout, consistent pricing across platforms, and personalised assistance in stores further enhance convenience.

Whether looking to bring home a large screen TV ahead of a big cricket match, upgrade to an energy-efficient refrigerator, or surprise loved ones with the latest smartphones, the deals are structured to offer extra value at every step.

“With flat savings across the most-loved categories and special windows around Dussehra, Dhanteras, Diwali and Bhai Dooj, we’ve curated offers that will add an extra element of celebration to every Indian home,” said spokesperson at Infiniti Retail Ltd, which operates Croma.

Integration with Tata Neu

The festive campaign also ties closely with the Tata Neu ecosystem. Products from Croma are available not just at physical outlets and croma.com, but also via the Tata Neu app, ensuring customers can seamlessly redeem promotions, NeuCoins, and other platform-wide benefits.

Complementing Croma’s Festival of Dreams, Tata NeuMoney is bringing a suite of financial and lifestyle offers to customers. Its Gift Card Shopping Festival includes over 200 gift cards across categories such as travel, fashion, and food, with savings of up to 85 per cent. Shoppers using the Tata Neu-HDFC Bank Credit Card can unlock up to 10 per cent additional savings across Tata brands under the “Savings Ka Shagun” program.

For those planning major expenses, the Loan Utsav is offering instant personal loans up to Rs 10 lakh at rates starting from 10.49 per cent per annum, along with assured NeuCoin rewards on disbursal. NeuMoney is also powering deals across travel, such as domestic flights starting at Rs 1,350 and international fares from Rs 5,074, plus rewarding offers in jewellery, fashion, and luxury beauty.
