Actor Shilpa Shetty and her husband, businessman-actor Raj Kundra own a sea-facing, two-storey house Kinara, in Mumbai, reportedly worth Rs 100 crore. In her latest YouTube vlog, filmmaker Farah Khan gave a detailed tour of their extravagant property, which has endless views of the Arabian Sea. The stunning interiors and artwork in their house makes it unique and a whole mood. From an indoor fountain, home gym, to a leather lift, here are inside details of their luxury apartment.

Antique decor, mirrors, paintings

The first floor’s main entrance door has intricate work with lotus carvings in gold on a plain black background. The porch has wooden flooring, and there is a big mirror wall on the side. There are two silver elephants beside the door – which is considered as a symbol of protection as per feng shui.

The main door opens up to a huge entrance hall, which has many antique mirrors and seating attached to the wall. The hall also has attractive LED lights on false ceilings and chandeliers. It is furnished with wooden decor everywhere. There are also several unique paintings hanging on the walls on every side.

On the first storey, the living areas in Shilpa Shetty’s house are divided into two parts. There is a formal space with designer furnishing for the guests and a more informal and cosy orange-themed area for the family to sit together. The space has been finished with a gold accent wall. A major highlight of the room is a life-size wooden horse kept as a decor piece on the side. Along the neutral tones of the couch, natural light comes in from the floor-to-ceiling windows.

Home gym, furnished kitchen

They also have a bar area in that space, to host parties and small get-togethers for their friends and family members. Farah also showed their massive gym room, which had every machine to workout regularly. The couple, who maintains their fitness schedule, exercises in their home gym daily. It has huge treadmills, push workout machinery, and a decent space for cardio. The actor posted several photos and videos on social media, while working out in their home gym.

Indoor fountain, kitchen garden

Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra’s house has two floors, where the lift takes you to the second floor. The entire lift is converted with green-leathered luxury walls, adding a different vibe to it. The second storey of the actor’s posh apartment is themed in a historical, palace style. The rug, walls, and furniture exuded richness and elegance. Right after the entrance, there was an indoor fountain. In fact, the area around it was glass-floored. The second part of the living area has white sofas and is spacious enough to move around easily.

Farah also gave a tour of their beautifully furnished neon green and white kitchen. Moving towards the outdoor area, Shilpa often shares glimpses of plucking vegetables in their kitchen garden. From small brinjals to green chillies, the Kundra family often enjoys fresh produce in their food.
