TCS Q2 dividend: IT major announces ₹11 interim dividend. Check record date and other details

TCS Q2 dividend: Firm has fixed October 15 as the dividend record date.


TCS Q2 dividend: IT major Tata Consultancy Services on Thursday, October 9, declared an interim dividend of ₹11 per share along with its second quarter results today. The company had earlier fixed the record date for the said dividend as October 15, 2025.

“The second interim dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose,” TCS had said in a filing on September 22.
