Grammy 2026 cutoff date explained: Why Taylor Swift and Beyoncé aren’t on the nominees list

The 2026 Grammy Awards nominations were officially announced on Friday. Notably, Taylor Swift and Beyoncé did not receive any nominations this year — but it wasn’t a snub. Neither artist released new music during the eligibility window, so they were simply not eligible for consideration.
