The company has begun accepting pre-bookings for the HDB 630, with a temporary promotional price set at Rs 44,990 ahead of its official pricing of Rs 54,990. The headphones are currently being offered only in black colour. Customers can place orders through a range of retail channels, including Sennheiser’s own website, Headphone Zone, Audio Store, Concept Kart, and Amazon India. Those who pre-book before December 4 will also receive a pair of Accentum Open earbuds, valued at Rs 12,990, at no additional cost as part of a launch offer.

Sennheiser has focused heavily on technical capabilities with the HDB 630. The headphones support adaptive noise cancellation and are capable of high-resolution audio playback up to 24-bit/96 kHz, whether connected through USB-C or used wirelessly via Bluetooth. The included BTD 700 Hi-Res Bluetooth dongle is said to enhance compatibility with more than 80 per cent of devices, ensuring more users benefit from the headphone’s full audio potential. Both the newly introduced Parametric Equaliser and the Crossfeed feature that alters stereo presentation can be adjusted through the Sennheiser companion app.

To achieve its targeted sound profile, the company has employed a revised transducer design incorporating an optimised magnet mesh and carefully tuned acoustic back volume. The sound signature is described as neutral, with particular emphasis placed on clarity in the midrange and treble extension.

The HDB 630 has been constructed on the Momentum 4 chassis and boasts up to 60 hours of playback time on a single charge. For users in a hurry, a quick 10-minute charge is said to offer as much as seven hours of listening. Alongside its replaceable earpads, the headphones are supported by a two-year warranty, adding to their appeal as a long-term audio investment for consumers in the premium headphone segment.
