Malaika Arora sells luxury Andheri West apartment for Rs 5.30 crore, makes Rs 2 crore profit | Bollywood News


Actor Malaika Arora, has sold her luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Andheri West for Rs. 5.30 crore, as per the property registration documents reviewed by Squareyards, accessed through the Inspector General of Registration (IGR). The transaction was officially registered in August, 2025.

According to the documents, the residential apartment is located in Runwal Elegante in Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West. The actor’s house has a total carpet area of 1,369 sq.ft. (~127.18 sq.m.) and built-up area of 152.68 sq.m. (~1,643 sq.ft.). The deal involves a car parking space, a stamp duty of Rs. 31.08 lakh and registration charges of 30,000. Malaika had initially bought it for Rs. 3.26 crore in March 2018, hence earning a profit of around Rs. 2.04 crore – an appreciation of 62%.

According to Square Yards data, a total of 22 transactions with a gross value of Rs. 109 crore were registered with IGR in Runwal Elegante, between September 2024 to August 2025. The average registered transaction resident price in the project is at Rs. 33,150 per sq. ft. The apartment’s area in Andheri West offers great connectivity through the Western Express Highway, SV Road, suburban rail, and the Versova-Ghatkopar Metro corridor. The region has luxury high-rises, premium societies, and brilliant social infrastructure. Andheri West is considered as one of the most sought-after markets for homebuyers and investors in Bombay.

Meanwhile, Malaika took to her Instagram handle recently and dropped a post featuring her mother celebrating the Onam festival. The pictures showcased her mom donning a beautiful saree, home decor at their house and the traditional Sandhya foods. “Happy Onam,” she captioned the post.

On the work front, Malaika Arora will next be seen in a special item song in the upcoming horror-comedy film Thama, featuring Ayushmann Khurrana. Earlier, she was also a judge on Hip Hop India Season 2, along with Remo D’souza.
